are providing a new set of tools for our season ticket holders.
Our Dallas Stars Ticket Sharing: Drafting Service provides
our season ticket holders with a system to rank and draft individual
games. After the draft, the results are immediately
available. We are confident that this service will make
sharing season tickets efficient and fun.

Welcome to the Dallas Stars Ticket Sharing: Drafting Service!
The Dallas Stars Ticket Sharing: Drafting Service is provided to you FREE by the
Dallas Stars
as a benefit to Season Seat Holderss.
The Drafting Service is for existing Season Seat Holderss
who share their season tickets with other people. This service
will make it easy to manage your tickets and figure out who gets
which games.
You can go through the next few screens by clicking the "NEXT" buttons
at the bottom of each section, or you can navigate by clicking on the links to the left.
2. Create Group
The "Group Leader", or the person in charge of the season tickets, is
the person who creates your group in the Dallas Stars Ticket Sharing: Drafting Service.
There is no limit to
the size of your group. To begin, the Group Leader just needs to
create an account (name and e-mail address),
log-in, and then enter a group name and the e-mail
addresses of the other people in the group.

After clicking on START GROUP, we send e-mails to the other group members
with instructions on what to do next. The other group members will get
ready for the draft and the Group Leader moves onto Group Settings...
3. Enter Group Settings
Every season ticket group has different requirements. The
Dallas Stars Ticket Sharing: Drafting Service has been designed to handle any season ticket group.
The Group Leader enters the following Group Settings in an intuitive
step-by-step process:
Your Seats
Enter your season ticket account number and seat locations.
Separate Tickets
Your group has the option to separate the tickets for any game
into smaller sets. For example, you could split the
first game of the season into single tickets, or you could
split 4 tickets into sets of 2 tickets for any/all games.
Manage Games
By default, all of the games are put in the next draft,
but your group can assign games directly
to group members and/or put games aside to be drafted later.
For example, your group may assign 5 game directly and then
draft the remaining games with the group.
Your group has complete control of which games get drafted
and which games get assigned directly to group members.
Draft Order
The Draft Order is totally customizable. We help you create
your draft order, but you are in control because EVERY pick in the
draft is customizable.

Draft Type
Your group can decide to have a Timed Draft where
there is a maximum amount of time for each pick OR an
Untimed/E-mail Draft where there is no time limit
for picks and we send an e-mail after each turn is complete.
Choose the Untimed/E-mail Draft if your group does not want
the pressure of making picks within a certain amount of time.

Your draft can start any time you like!
4. Draft Preferences
Each group member enters their own draft preferences.
First, each group member creates their own "ranked list" of
games in the season. Second, each group member decides whether to
pick their games themselves or let the service pick for them
based on their "ranked list".

Each group member creates THEIR OWN list by ranking the games in the season
to get ready for the draft. We ask you a few questions about your
game preferences and then build a list for you. Try ranking the

2. Do you want to pick your own games?
LiveDraft: Group members choosing this option will log-in at
the draft date & time and make all
of their picks themselves.
AutoDraft: In this option, group members DO NOT have
to show up for the draft. Instead, the service will pick for them
from the group member's "ranked list".
This option requires the least amount of time. Just rank the games
in the season and you are done. You will receive an e-mail when the
draft is complete.
Your group can have everyone choose LiveDraft, have everyone choose
AutoDraft, or anything in between!
5. Run Your Draft!
You decide when to start your draft. Group members picking their
own games will show up at the draft start time. Group members using AutoDraft
will have their games chosen for them -- they do not need to attend the draft.
The draft goes pick-by-pick
until all of the games in the draft have been selected.
After your draft the results are immediately available. You can
download the draft results to an "excel" file or to popular
calendar formats. All group members will have access to the draft
results throughout the season.
